COLETIVA DE TRABALHO 2026\/2027 \u2013 SINDICARPA x SINTRACARPA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O SINDICARPA torna p\u00fablica a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho 2026\/2027, na data do dia 24\/06\/2026, com vig\u00eancia de 01\/05\/2026 a 30\/04\/2027, devidamente registrada no Sistema de Negocia\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas de Trabalho do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (Sistema Mediador).<\/p>\n<p>A Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para download, baixe e confira na \u00edntegra.<\/p>\n<p>SAL\u00c1RIOS, REAJUSTES E PAGAMENTO \u2013 PISO SALARIAL<\/p>\n<p>Nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es para a CCT 2026\/2027 foi acordado o percentual de 4,11% (quatro v\u00edrgula onze por cento) de reajuste salarial, a ser aplicado sobre os sal\u00e1rios de abril de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>A diferen\u00e7a referente ao m\u00eas de maio de 2026 dever\u00e1 ser quitada juntamente com a folha de pagamento de junho de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Os sal\u00e1rios normativos da categoria foram atualizados, devendo as empresas observar os pisos previstos na tabela salarial constante da Cl\u00e1usula Terceira da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>VALE ALIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2026, o vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o passa a ser de R$ 22,00 (vinte e dois reais), devido aos trabalhadores que realizarem servi\u00e7os externos nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas na Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva.<\/p>\n<p>As empresas n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o efetuar descontos relativos ao vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores que executam servi\u00e7os externos.<\/p>\n<p>SEGURO DE VIDA<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2026, os valores m\u00ednimos do seguro de vida passam a ser:<\/p>\n<p>* Seguro de vida por morte natural ou acidental: R$ 14.460,00 (quatorze mil quatrocentos e sessenta reais);<br \/>* Seguro de vida por invalidez permanente: R$ 25.575,00 (vinte e cinco mil quinhentos e setenta e cinco reais).<\/p>\n<p>Para os motoristas, permanece a obrigatoriedade de observ\u00e2ncia da Lei n\u00ba 13.103\/2015 (Lei do Motorista), com cobertura m\u00ednima correspondente a 10 vezes o piso salarial da respectiva categoria.<\/p>\n<p>DESPESAS DE VIAGEM<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2026, a di\u00e1ria para despesas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em viagens intermunicipais e interestaduais passa a ser de R$ 70,00 (setenta reais).<\/p>\n<p>O pernoite passa a ser de:<\/p>\n<p>* R$ 15,73 (quinze reais e setenta e tr\u00eas centavos), quando o ve\u00edculo possuir cama ou sof\u00e1-cama;<br \/>* R$ 33,99 (trinta e tr\u00eas reais e noventa e nove centavos), quando o ve\u00edculo n\u00e3o possuir cama ou sof\u00e1-cama.<\/p>\n<p>BANCO DE HORAS<\/p>\n<p>A quita\u00e7\u00e3o do banco de horas dever\u00e1 ocorrer nos meses de:<\/p>\n<p>* Agosto de 2026;<br \/>* Novembro de 2026;<br \/>* Fevereiro de 2027;<br \/>* Maio de 2027.<\/p>\n<p>As horas poder\u00e3o ser compensadas mediante folga ou pagas com adicional de 50%.<\/p>\n<p>CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00c3O ASSISTENCIAL PROFISSIONAL<\/p>\n<p>As empresas descontar\u00e3o de todos os trabalhadores n\u00e3o associados o percentual de 1% (um por cento) sobre o sal\u00e1rio-base, a t\u00edtulo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o assistencial profissional, a partir da folha de pagamento de junho de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>O trabalhador poder\u00e1 exercer o direito de oposi\u00e7\u00e3o no prazo de 8 (oito) dias corridos contados da homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>A oposi\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser realizada por meio de carta individual manuscrita e assinada pelo pr\u00f3prio trabalhador, digitalizada e encaminhada ao e-mail do SINTRACARPA (sintracarpa1@gmail.com), observando os requisitos previstos na cl\u00e1usula espec\u00edfica da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva.<\/p>\n<p>CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00c3O ASSISTENCIAL PATRONAL<\/p>\n<p>Conforme entendimento consolidado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal no Tema 935 de Repercuss\u00e3o Geral (ARE 1.018.459), todas as empresas integrantes da categoria econ\u00f4mica, associadas ou n\u00e3o associadas, est\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Assistencial Patronal, assegurado o direito de oposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O prazo para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da carta de oposi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de 10 (dez) dias contados da data de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva no Sistema Mediador do MTE.<\/p>\n<p>A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser encaminhada para o e-mail administrativo@sindicarpa.com.br, assinada pelo representante legal da empresa ou procurador devidamente constitu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o havendo oposi\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do prazo previsto, as empresas dever\u00e3o efetuar o recolhimento da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o assistencial patronal at\u00e9 o dia 31\/08\/2026, nos seguintes valores:<\/p>\n<p>* R$ 1.000,00 (mil reais) para empresas associadas;<br \/>* R$ 3.000,00 (tr\u00eas mil reais) para empresas n\u00e3o associadas.<\/p>\n<p>O pagamento poder\u00e1 ser realizado via boleto banc\u00e1rio, PIX (CNPJ n\u00ba 04.140.174\/0001-00) ou dep\u00f3sito banc\u00e1rio, conforme orienta\u00e7\u00f5es constantes da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva.<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANTE<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos que todas as empresas realizem a leitura integral da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho 2026\/2027, especialmente das cl\u00e1usulas relativas a pisos salariais, jornada de trabalho, banco de horas, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<p>Em caso de d\u00favidas, o SINDICARPA permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de seu Departamento Jur\u00eddico e Secretaria Administrativa para
